Special Town Meeting
In the name of the State of Maine, you are hereby required to notify and warn said Inhabitants to meet at the Municipal Building in said Town on Tuesday, the 27th day of February 2024 AD at six o’clock in the evening, then and there to act on articles #1 through #3 as set out below:
| To Elect a Moderator to preside at said meeting and to vote by written ballot. |
| To see if the Town will vote to accept the rules of procedure set forth in the Maine Moderator’s Manual 2022 Edition. |
| Shall the Town vote to authorize the Board of Selectpersons to sign the Special District Agreement for the Provision of Fire and Emergency Rescue Services (a copy of which is on file with the Town Clerk) in order to enter into the Central Maine Highlands Fire and EMS District #1 (the “District”)… |
